IF Meditation
If I lie, maybe its because I don’t feel safe enough to tell the truth
If I judge, its probably because I am afraid someone with judge me.
If I pretend to know all the answers, it’s almost always because I’m terrified that things will fall apart.
If I compliment you over and over again, it could be because I want you to notice me.
If I try to convince you to love me, then inevitably it’s because I don’t love myself.
If I am angry at you , there is a good chance that I am angry at myself.
If I stay constantly busy, maybe it is because I am afraid of what the stillness will tell me.
If I try to control everything, it’s because I believe that Love will not flow.
If I act like a victim, it is often because I don’t trust the immense power I carry.
If I have an attitude, perhaps it is because I don’t trust to ask for my needs directly.
If I am depressed, assume that it is because I am afraid that my energy will hurt myself or someone else.
If I am sad, perhaps I am not living authentically.
If I am not loving, it is surely because I have forgotten that I am made of Love.
Yet again, with tender self-compassion, I return myself to consciousness:
If you accused me of lying , I will look inside myself and find my lies. Thank you for redirecting me.
If I find myself judging others, I am willing to examine the tone of that judgement and realize that I am always judging myself in exactly the same way.
If I pretend to know all the answers, I will embrace my terror.
If I compliment you, I will acknowledge that I am seeing a reflection of myself.
Before I try to convince you to love me, I will convince myself.
When I feel anger at you, I will restore the flow of love to myself.
When I am constantly busy, I will embrace Stillness and accept the truth it offers.
When I am trying to control anything, I will surrender to the truth that everthing is already perfect- and then allow it to evolve into even more perfection.
When I am a victim, I will remind myself to honor the power that runs through me.
When I notice that I have an attitude, I am willing to lean how to get attention in other, more direct ways.
When I am depressed, I am willing to consciously allow love to flow.
When I am sad, I am willing to return to the truth of my being.
When I am not loving, I am willing to return to my Essence… Which is always peace, stillness, and love.

The Gratitude Meditation
We are so blessed to be here with one another
So blessed that we are remembering to love one another so well
So blessed that we come past our fear to truly make connection with one another.
We are grateful to come with a spirit of anticipation rather than judgement.
So in awe that we make a decision to cherish rather than judge.
That we choose to open our minds and hearts to the sacred place of not knowing
We are filled with awe as we shift from contraction to expansion
From separation to being carried by the wave of love
We bring gratitude to this family
We bring our wisdom
We bring our passion
We bring our love
We bring our awe
We bring our peace
We pray that our hearts be wide open to the great joy of knowing
That we are part of a birth.
May we give up our addiction to limitation.
And use this opportunity to model creation as it can be done-wants to be done.
We are honored to be used by Love.
We invite true stillness.
Profound rest.
So that we may allow, rather than force our forgiveness.!

Meditations
Beloveds,
Here are meditations that I developed when some loved ones were finding it difficult to let love flow between them. It is so simple and direct that it almost always brings calm to any situation.
It is especially good to use in times of tension or hurt feelings. If you are reading this to others, make certain to allow enough spaciousness to let Love drive through from the Spirit… through the mind… through emitions… and, finally through the body. These meditations are favorites of the SOUL students.
